Emilia, whilst preparing for a family event to celebrate her 84th birthday, is invited to a distant cousin’s wedding. Cue for a swift change of plan and for her and the entire clan to pile into an ancient camper van and start the long trek to the Brazilian border. With much deliciously telling humour we have a film of subtle and deftly observed details.
