Membership Cards and Collection

  • Collection: Membership Cards can be collected from the signing-in desk only on Wednesday screenings.
  • Postage: Membership Cards are not posted in advance.

 

Membership Types

  • Annual: Lasts for one full season with a unique ID number. Standard age limits apply.
  • Part-Season: Offered around Christmas or New Year for the rest of the season. Standard age limits apply.
  • Matinee or Evening: Choose either the 1:30pm Matinee or the 8pm Evening screening for the whole season. No swapping is allowed due to limited seats.

 

Membership Policies

Refunds:
  • No refunds are given for annual or part-season membership.
  • Exceptions require a direct inquiry with relevant details.

 

Lost Cards

  • Report a missing card right away - a replacement can then be issued.

 

Privacy and Security

  • Security: Online payments use safe SSL encryption. No credit card details are stored by anyone.
  • Cookies: Cookies help the site work right.
  • Data: Your personal details are kept safe under GDPR rules. They are never shared without your permission. You can cancel your membership or email updates at any time.

 

Films

Chiltern Film Society reserves the right to change the film programme.
